However, if Schedules 1 and 2 to the Customs Tariff Amendment (Schedule 4) Act 2012 commence at or before that time, the provision(s) do not commence at all. |

The later of: (a) immediately after the commencement of the provision(s) covered by table item 2; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedules 1 and 2 to the Customs Tariff Amendment (Schedule 4) Act 2012 . |
