COASTAL TRADING (REVITALISING AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING) ACT 2012 (NO. 55, 2012) - SECT 74

                   A person contravenes this section if:

                     (a)  the person is the holder of an emergency licence; and

                     (b)  the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

                     (c)  the act or omission breaches a condition imposed on the licence under section 72 or 73.

Civil penalty:

                     (a)  for an individual--50 penalty units; and

                     (b)  for a body corporate--250 penalty units.
