CASH TRANSACTION REPORTS AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 188 of 1991 - SECT 2

2.(1) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 7 commence on the day on which this Act receives
the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) If the provisions referred to in subsection (2) do not commence within the
period of 12 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent, those provisions commence on the first day after the end of that
period.
