COASTAL WATERS (NORTHERN TERRITORY TITLE)

An Act to vest in the Northern Territory of Australia proprietary rights and
title in respect of certain land beneath the coastal waters adjacent to the
Territory and within the sovereignty of the Commonwealth

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows: Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Coastal Waters (Northern Territory Title) Act
1980.*1*
