DAIRY ADJUSTMENT ACT 1974 No. 166 of 1974 - SECT 3

3. (1) The following Acts are repealed:-

Marginal Dairy Farms Agreements Act 1970.
Marginal Dairy Farms Agreements Act 1974.

(2) Notwithstanding sub-section (1), any agreement in force under the Marginal
Dairy Farms Agreements Act 1970-1974 immediately before the commencement of
this Act continues in force after that commencement as if it had been made
under this Act and as if the marginal dairy farms reconstruction scheme to be
operated by the State in accordance with the agreement were a dairy adjustment
program to be carried out by the State in accordance with arrangements set out
in the agreement.
