DISTILLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 56 of 1980 - SECT 5
Collector to grant licence
5. Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:
"(2) The Regulations shall prescribe the number of experimenters' licences
that may be in force at any one time, and the Collector shall not grant an
experimenter's licence if that number of such licences is in force.".
