1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Defence (Re-establishment) Amendment Act 
1985 .

(2) The Defence (Re-establishment) Act 1965*1* is in this Act referred to as
the Principal Act. (Minister's second reading speech made in-
House of Representatives on 14 May 1985;
