DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 102
DAA's remuneration and allowances
102.(1) The DAA is to be paid such remuneration as is determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) If no determination is in force, the DAA is to be paid such remuneration
as is specified in the regulations.
(3) The DAA is to be paid such allowances as are specified in the regulations.
(4) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
