DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
(2) If the day ("TLAA day") on which the Taxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 3) 
1992 receives the Royal Assent is a later day than the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent, Parts 2 to 10 (inclusive), 12, 13, 14 and 15
commence on the TLAA day.
