DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 33

33. A registration of plant expenditure in the name of an entity:

   (a)  comes into force on the day on which the application for registration
        is granted; and

   (b)  if the entity's application for a certificate relating to the
        expenditure is granted - ceases to be in force on the day on which
        that application is granted.
