DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 58

58. If:

   (a)  either:

        (i)    plant expenditure is registered in the name of an entity; or

        (ii)   an entity holds a certificate in relation to plant expenditure;
               and

   (b)  the project concerned is part of a joint venture project; and

   (c)  there is a change in the composition of the parties to the joint
        venture; then:

   (d)  in the case of a registration - the registration is cancelled; and

   (e)  in the case of a certificate - the certificate is terminated with
        effect in relation to expenditure incurred by the entity after the
        date of the change.
