DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 66

66. If the DAA grants a certificate under this Part, the certificate must:

   (a)  be in writing in the approved form; and

   (b)  be in the name of the applicant; and

   (c)  specify the project to which the certificate relates; and

   (d)  specify the plant expenditure to which the certificate relates; and

   (e)  specify the new joint venture project to which the certificate
        relates.
