DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 68

68. If:

   (a)  either:

        (i)    plant expenditure is registered in the name of a partnership;
               or

        (ii)   a partnership holds a certificate in relation to
               plant expenditure; and

   (b)  there is a change in the constitution of the partnership; then:

   (c)  in the case of a registration - the registration is cancelled; and

   (d)  in the case of a certificate - the certificate is terminated with
        effect in relation to expenditure incurred by the partnership after
        the date of the change.
