DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 88

Effect of termination of certificate 
88. For the purposes of this Part, if a certificate held by an entity is
terminated with effect in relation to expenditure incurred by the entity after
a particular date:

   (a)  the certificate remains in force; and

   (b)  the certificate continues to apply in relation to expenditure incurred
        by the entity on or before that date.
