DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 109

Failure to give information or produce documents
109.(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail:

   (a)  to give information; or

   (b)  to produce a document; when so required under section 73, 74 or 75.
        Penalty: $1,000.

(2) Subsection 4K(2) of the Crimes Act 1914 does not apply to this section.
