DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 112
False or misleading information
112. A person must not give information or make a statement to the Commission,
to the Commissioner or to any other person exercising powers or performing
functions under this Act, knowing that the information or statement is false
or misleading in a material particular. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
