DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 43

Offence to incite doing of unlawful acts or offences 
43. It is an offence for a person:

   (a)  to incite the doing of an act that is unlawful under a provision of
        Divisions 1, 2 or 3; or

   (b)  to incite the doing of an act that is an offence under a provision of
        this Division (other than this section); or

   (c)  to assist or promote whether by financial assistance or otherwise the
        doing of such an act. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
