DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 52

52. Neither Division 1 nor 2:

   (a)  affect discriminatory provisions in the Migration Act 1958 or any
        regulation made under that Act; or

   (b)  render unlawful anything done by a person in relation to the
        administration of that Act or those regulations.
