DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 66

66. For the purposes of this Part, a reference to an act that is unlawful
under a provision of Part 2 includes a reference to an act that is an offence
under a provision of Division 4 of that Part.
