DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 72

72.(1) If the Commissioner, at any time after a complaint is lodged and before
the Commissioner declines to consider the complaint, resolves the complaint by
conciliation or refers the matter to which the complaint relates to the
Commission under subsection 76(1), the Commissioner may apply to the
Commission for the making of an interim determination under section 102 or for
the variation or revocation of any such determination.

(2) In relation to a matter arising under paragraph 71(1)(b), the Commissioner
may apply to the Commission for the making of an interim determination under
section 102, or for the variation or revocation of any such determination, at
any time.
