DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 82

82. If, during the holding of an inquiry, or at any stage during the holding
of an inquiry, the Commission thinks that a person should be joined as a party
to the inquiry, it may, by notice in writing given to that person, join that
person as a party to the inquiry.
