DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 94

94. In the course of an inquiry, the Commission may, in its discretion:

   (a)  receive in evidence the transcript of evidence in any other
        proceedings before a court or tribunal and draw any conclusions of
        fact from that transcript that it thinks proper; and

   (b)  adopt any findings, decision or judgment of a court or tribunal that
        may be relevant to the inquiry; and

   (c)  receive in evidence any report of the Commissioner if a copy of that
        report has been made available to every other party to the inquiry.
