DRIED FRUITS EXPORT CHARGES ACT 1975 No. 73 of 1975 - SECT 3

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''the Commonwealth'' and
substituting the word ''Australia'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''three-tenths'' and
''pound'' and substituting the words ''seven-tenths'' and ''kilogram'',
respectively; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (3) the words ''of the Commonwealth''.
