DEFENCE FORCE (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 86 of 1973 - SECT 21

21. The Board shall cause to be kept proper accounts and records of the
transactions and affairs of the Board and of the Fund and shall do all things
necessary to ensure that all payments out of the Fund are correctly made and
properly authorized and that adequate control is maintained over the assets of
the Fund and the assets of, or in the custody of, the Board and over the
incurring of liabilities by the Board.
