DEFENCE FORCE (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 86 of 1973 - SECT 25

Payments by Commonwealth to Fund.

25. (1) Payments by the Commonwealth to the Fund (not being payments under
section 24) shall be made from the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is
appropriated accordingly.

(2) A payment by the Commonwealth to the Fund in respect of a benefit payable
under this Act shall be made when, or as soon as practicable after, that
benefit becomes payable.
