DEFENCE FORCE (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 86 of 1973 - SECT 69

PART VII-MISCELLANEOUS
69. (1) A dispute under this Act shall be determined in the first instance by
the Board.

(2) A person aggrieved by a decision of the Board on such a dispute may appeal
to the Supreme Court of the Territory constituted by a single judge of the
Court, and the Court so constituted may hear and determine the appeal.

(3) A decision of the Supreme Court under this section is final and
conclusive.
