Defence Force (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 No. 153 of 1982 - SECT 36

Appeal rights of persons convicted before commencement of this Act and of certain other persons 

36. In relation to a person convicted of an offence-

   (a)  before the date of commencement of this Act; or

   (b)  on or after that date by a court-martial that was convened before that
        date,
the Defence Force Discipline Appeals Act 1955 applies as if the amendments
made by sections 23 to 28 (inclusive), 30, 31 and 32 of this Act had not been
made.
