DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS (PENSION INCREASES) ACT 1976 No. 34 of 1976 - SECT 3

Increases to be paid out of Consolidated Revenue Fund.

3. Amounts by which payments of pensions, or pension benefits, are increased
by virtue of this Act are payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which
is appropriated accordingly.
