Diesel Fuel Taxes Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 108 of 1982 - SECT 16

16. Section 164 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
''and, in particular, prescribing penalties not exceeding a fine of $250 for
an offence against the regulations''.
