Diesel Fuel Taxes Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 108 of 1982 - SECT 8

8. Section 273GA of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(1) (h) the following paragraph:

''(ha) a refusal by a Collector to pay a rebate under section 164;''.
