1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion 
Levy Amendment Act 1986 .

(2) The Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Act 1972*1* is in this
Act referred to as the Principal Act. (Minister's second reading speech made
