DAIRY LEGISLATION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 59 of 1986 - SECT 17
Accounts of the Corporation
17. Any account of the Corporation, being an account that was opened under
section 22 of the Dairy Produce Act 1924, shall be treated, on and after the
repeal of that Act, as if it had been opened under section 73 of the Dairy
Produce Act 1986 .
