DAIRY LEGISLATION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 59 of 1986 - SECT 21

21. For the purpose of the continued operation, by virtue of section 8 of the
Acts Interpretation Act 1901, of section 26 of the Dairy Produce Act 1924, the
maximum penalty that may be imposed by a court for an offence against that
section is-

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-a fine of $1,000 or imprisonment for 6
        months, or both; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-a fine of $5,000.
