DAIRY LEGISLATION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 59 of 1986 - SECT 27

27. Where a person has been appointed by the Corporation under section 21 of
the Dairy Produce Sales Promotion Act 1958 to advise the Corporation in
relation to any purpose for which money may be expended from the old Promotion
Fund the appointment of that person shall have effect, on and after the repeal
of that Act as an appointment to advise the Corporation in relation to any
purpose for which money may be expended from the new Promotion Fund.
