DOMESTIC MEAT PREMISES CHARGE ACT 1993 No. 100 of 1993 - SECT 9

By whom charge payable

9. The charge is payable by:

   (a)  if there is an accredited operator of the killing or processing
        plant-that person; or

   (b)  in any other case-the owner of the killing or processing plant.
