DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 111

Power to call for returns

111. An authorised person may, by notice in writing, require a person to
furnish to that authorised person, within the time specified in the notice,
such return or information in relation to matters relevant to the operation of
this Act as is specified in the notice, including a return or information
verified by statutory declaration.
