DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 121

121. Without prejudice to the duty of the Corporation to comply with this Act
and to observe the limits of its powers under this Act, a contract or other
agreement entered into, or a guarantee given, by the Corporation is not
invalid because the Corporation did not comply with a provision of this Act,
or because it was not within those limits.
