DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 13

13. (1) Subject to this section, the Corporation may lend money to a
manufacturer of dairy produce who is holding dairy produce that has been
manufactured by that manufacturer in store (whether at the manufacturer's own
premises or at other premises) to assist the manufacturer in the stock-holding
of that dairy produce pending its sale.

(2) A loan made by the Corporation under this section in respect of particular
dairy produce shall be-

   (a)  secured to the satisfaction of the Corporation; and

   (b)  made on terms that require the repayment of the loan at a time that is
        not later than the time of sale of the dairy produce to which the loan
        relates.
