DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 15

15. (1) The Corporation may appoint a committee to assist the Corporation in
relation to a matter.

(2) A committee appointed under this section shall consist of such persons,
whether members of the Corporation or not, as the Corporation thinks fit.

(3) The Corporation shall, in the instrument appointing a committee, make
provision in relation to the procedure to be followed in relation to meetings
of the committee, including the number of members of the committee that forms
the quorum for such meetings.
