DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 25

25. (1) Sections 19, 20 and 21 apply to annual operational plans in the same
manner as those sections apply to corporate plans.

(2) Where, if a proposed variation of a corporate plan were to be agreed to by
the Minister, a relevant annual operational plan would not be consistent with
the provisions of the corporate plan, the Corporation shall, at the time of
submitting to the Minister for agreement proposals for variation to the
corporate plan, also submit to the Minister proposals for appropriate
variations of that annual operational plan.
