DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 32

32. (1) If the Minister is not satisfied as to the suitability of a person
nominated for appointment, the Minister may, by notice in writing given to the
Committee, reject the nomination and may, in that notice, ask for a further
nomination.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, that further request shall be taken to be a
request under section 29.
