DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 46

46. Subject to this Division, sub-sections 33 (4), (5), (11), (12) and (13),
section 35, sub-sections 36 (2) to (6), inclusive, section 37, sub-sections 38
(2) and (3) and section 40 apply in relation to the Selection Committee, the
Presiding Member of the Selection Committee and members of the
Selection Committee as if references in those provisions to the Corporation,
the Chairperson of the Corporation or the appointed members of the Corporation
were references to the Selection Committee, the Presiding Member of the
Selection Committee or members of the Selection Committee, as the case
requires.
