DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 5

5. (1) The body corporate that was, immediately before the day on which this
section comes into operation, in existence by virtue of section 4 of the Dairy
Produce Act 1924 under the name of the Australian Dairy Corporation continues
in existence by force of this sub-section as a body corporate, under and
subject to this Act, under the same name.

(2) The Corporation-

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a seal;

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the imprint of the seal of the Corporation appearing on a document
and shall presume that the document was duly sealed.
