DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 52

52. (1) The regulations may prescribe conditions to be complied with in
relation to the export from Australia of controlled dairy exports.

(2) The regulations may declare that the export from Australia of dairy
produce of a specified kind, or of a specified quantity of dairy produce of a
specified kind, is prohibited.

(3) The specification of a quantity for the purposes of regulations made for
the purposes of sub-section (2) may be by reference to the quantity of dairy
produce that is exported within a specified period.
