DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 54

54. (1) A person other than the Corporation shall not export controlled dairy
exports from Australia unless the person is a licensee.

(2) A person shall not export controlled dairy exports from Australia in
contravention of regulations made for the purposes of sub-section 52 (1).
Penalty:

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-a fine of $5,000 or imprisonment for 2
        years, or both; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-a fine of $25,000.
