DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 64

64. An amount that is payable under this Division, being either an amount of a
milk fat levy or an amount that is payable under sub-section 62 (1), shall be
deemed to be a debt due to the Commonwealth.
