DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 69

69. (1) Where an amount of a dairy products levy has been overpaid, the amount
overpaid shall be refunded by the Commonwealth.

(2) Where-

   (a)  an amount of a dairy products levy has been refunded by the
        Commonwealth in accordance with sub-section 9 (2) of the
        first Levy Act or sub-section (1) of this section; and

   (b)  the amount so refunded has been taken into account in making a payment
        under sub-section 104 (1) into the Supplementary Fund, the Corporation
        shall pay to the Commonwealth an amount equal to the amount so
        refunded.
