DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 9

9. (1) Subject to this Act, the Corporation may do all things that are
necessary or convenient to be done in connection with the performance of its
functions.

(2) To the extent that it is practicable to do so, the Corporation shall
ensure that its powers, at any time, are exercised consistently with, and so
as to give effect to, the corporate plan and the annual operational plan in
force at that time.
