DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 94

94. (1) Subject to this Act, a market support payment is payable in respect of
dairy produce that-

   (a)  is produced in Australia on or after 1 July 1986; and

   (b)  is exported from Australia, in accordance with such conditions or
        restrictions, if any, relating to the export of dairy produce as are
        prescribed, before 1 July 1992, to the manufacturer of that
        dairy produce.

(2) The Corporation may, in any case where money is due and payable by a
manufacturer of dairy produce to the Corporation, set off that amount against
any market support payment that would otherwise be payable to the manufacturer
under this section.
