Dairy Products (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1982 No. 10 of 1982 - SECT 6

6. (1) Subject to this section, the rate of charge in respect of dairy
products is such rate as is applicable under the regulations to the class of
dairy products in which those dairy products are included.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), different rates of charge may be
prescribed in respect of different classes of dairy products.

(3) The rate of charge in respect of dairy products shall not exceed $5.00 per
tonne.
